File Submission Guidelines for Mastering

Before sending your files, please ensure that a mastering session has been scheduled through our online booking system.

​

For mastering, main and alternate mixes should be provided in 24-bit or 32-bit WAV format. To ensure that the mastering engineer fully understands the sonic choices made during the mixing approval process, it’s helpful to include any versions that were referenced by the artist, producer, or A&R team, especially if they differ from the final mixes submitted for mastering.

Once mastering is complete, the final tracks will be delivered via WeTransfer.

 

Each project includes free revision.

📌 Payment Information

For customers in Taiwan

Payment can be made by bank transfer to our Taiwan account.

• Prices are before tax.

• Please kindly add 5% tax for professional service income when making payment.

• For tax purposes, please use the following income category when reporting:
  → "Professional Service Income — Code 9A-70"

🌏 For customers outside Taiwan

We accept payment via:

• PayPal (Credit Card)
  (VISA, Mastercard, and JCB are supported. UnionPay is currently not accepted.)

• International Wire Transfer

Please note:

• Your credit card must support 3D Secure / SMS verification.

• Payments will be processed as international transactions by your bank.

• To help reduce extra fees, we recommend using a card that offers low foreign transaction fees or good international rewards.​

在提交音檔之前，請先透過我們的線上預約系統安排母帶處理時段，以確保您的專案能夠順利進行。我們接受的主要與備用混音版本應為 24-bit or 32-bit WAV 格式。為了讓母帶工程師充分理解您在混音審核過程中所參考的聲音，請提供任何曾用於最終確認的版本，尤其是與正式提交的混音有所不同的版本。這有助於我們更準確地保留您的音樂特色與創作意圖。
